Description of the Role:
- To plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.
- Responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project.
- Assists Project Manager in the control, planning, scheduling, project execution, installation completion and final documentation.
Key Tasks:
- To understand project scope, specification, deviation and commitment requirement.
- Conduct site surveys with supplier, contractors & clients for installation works.
- Coordinate with supplier, contractors & client for smooth delivery and timely completion of project.
- Develop project schedule, execute and monitor the progress from project kick off till project completion.
- Attend site meeting and involve in discussion with clients and consultants.
- Work with different technical discipline internal or external vendors to meet technical requirements.
- Prepare project document and report submission.
- Maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain good relationship with clients.
- Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Education
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge / Experience / Others
- At least 1 year of experience is required for this field.
- Preferably with site experience in Industrial building or Government project.
- Excellent project management and site coordination skills.
- Must be pc literate (PPT, Word, Excel).
- Possess valid driving license and prefer with own vehicle.
